This week was great. We can’t wait to see you there!
We have had a very busy month, but with lots of success – we passed various federal and state inspections and are officially allowed to make and sell our Pickles, Pickled Asparagus, Bloody Mary mix and Salsa Verde. We will definitely have those soon at the Farmers Market!
We had our inspection for our Organic certification last week, and it went well.
Meanwhile we’ve been planting like crazy. Both greenhouses are entirely full and we are rapidly filling up our fields, as well. Now we just have to stay on top of the weeds and strategize our Flower Empire.
